Is it safe for my Instagram account?+
Scans read your lists at a gentle pace, and bulk unfollow runs slowly with random pauses and daily caps. If Instagram signals a rate limit, a checkpoint or a spam flag, the extension stops right away instead of retrying. Any automation carries some risk, so we keep the defaults conservative.
Do you need my Instagram password?+
No. The extension works inside the instagram.com tab you’re already logged in to. We never ask for, see or store your Instagram password.
Where is my follower data stored?+
Only in your browser. Follower lists and scan history are saved locally by the extension and never uploaded to our servers. Your Unfollower Tracker account only stores your email and subscription status.
How does it know who unfollowed me?+
Every scan saves a snapshot of your followers. When you scan again, we compare the two and show who left and who is new. Scan regularly, for example once a day, for the most accurate history.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes, anytime from your account page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then you move back to the free plan.
